Return & Refund Policy for Jewellery Products

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying certificates or tags.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery (engraved items, bespoke designs) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards, packaging, or certificates that are missing.
  • Jewellery sold under a “final sale” or promotional offer.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges.

4. Return Process

  1. Email our customer support at samwep@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for securely sending the item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different design or size are subject to product availability.
  • The exchange process follows the same procedure as returns, with adjustments in pricing if applicable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After processing or dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
